I think I'm on to something…

This is really a magazine rack but it is absolutely perfect as a shower caddy. The high sides are great for preventing shampoos and stuff from tumbling out and it fits nicely over the bar and doesn't interfere with the shower head feng shui.
Core Performance
I first found out about Core Performance from a guy at the local bike shop. Core Performance is a book and a website. A man named Mark Verstegen compiled a group of exercises and nutrition tips to stay fit and healthy for your particular sport. From golfing to tennis each exercise targets your 'core' and keeps it strong. If you're an athlete it is imperative that you have a strong core or else you will be plagued with injuries or your performance will suffer. Specifically, in cycling, if your core is weak, when you are on a climb your body will rock back and forth because it is not strong enough to keep you steady resulting in loss of energy.
The exercises aren't hard and there is also a big section on stretching. I promise you they work. Also check out the little video clips on how to do each exercise.
Save a goose

I have officially banned all down bedding products from our home. Every time I go into the bedroom there is a snow storm of feathers everywhere, especially under Skylar's loft space and I'm tired of vacuuming them up. I found a great alternative called Primaloft from The Company Store. I ordered a blanket for Skylar first, as a trial, and we both love it. When he's not home I steal it from his bed and curl up with it on the couch. It also has a silky border which is reminiscent of the blanket he threw up on a few years ago and ruined.
